高回复率开发信模板分享,专治客户已读不回!

"写了很多封开发信,全部显示已读不回,干着急啊!想放弃觉得可惜,想跟进吧,客户始终不回复。我到底该怎么办?"

不同国家开发信模板

北美:美国、加拿大等开发信模板

特点:

1.开门见山式来直接表达你的中心思想;

2.简单说明,不要复杂的表达;

3.他们喜欢你认真的做事情,有很强的时间观念。

注意事项:

1.用企业邮箱,尽量不用免费的QQ邮箱和个人邮箱;

2.交流用语用we代替I。

示例:

Hi Mr XX,

We, Co., Ltd, is professional in precision machining for nearlly 10 years, covering high precision machining parts, casting parts, metal parts, etc.

特点:

4. 证书和销售后服务

特点:

1.不妥协,坚持己见;

2.假期多,订单节奏慢,交易时间长;

3.信守合同观念淡薄 ;

4.喜欢简单的英文表达,尽量不要太复杂和隆重;

5.喜欢分期付款,当地超市,标价的时候也会体现分期付款的价格;

6.很注重售后服务,还有产品的耐用性, 同样情况下,如果你的产品耐用性比同行的好,就会比较受到他们的欢迎;

8.喜欢被提问的方式;

一、客户未看邮件如何跟进

回盘、现报价、样品、PI等发过去一个多星期了,客户那边一点动静也没有,也没有看到客户有任何阅读回执或查看过邮件的记录,这时候我们可以发以下邮件内容过去提醒客户查看邮件。

May I remind you to check my email on 1st of Oct?

Waiting for your reply soon.

Hi Mike,

It's been a long time have no news from you. How are you recently?
